In my private counseling practice, I believe the client has everything he or she needs. I provide a relationship which the client may use for his or her own personal growth. I provide a place of safety - without condemnation or judgement - in which the client can move towards his or her areas of emotional distresses, any particular barriers, or other inner experiences. The ever unfolding of self-awareness and knowledge of oneself can interrupt destructive habits, awaken our hearts, and inspire authentic living. This is the work of a lifetime.
